Marketing Director

Remote - Full Time

 

Department: Marketing

Reports to: CEO

Salary Range: $480,000 to $600,000 MXN annually, depending on experience.

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Director to lead and elevate our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inbound marketing, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, optimizing HubSpot tools, and driving cohesive branding efforts across all channels. As a key leader in the organization, you will mentor a dynamic marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

 

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Director, you will:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance evaluation.
  • Strategically manage HubSpot's marketing automation and CRM tools to align marketing efforts with overarching business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent the organization in high-level client interactions, providing insights on marketing strategies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing leadership roles with a proven track record in inbound marketing, team management, and strategic planning.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, lead nurturing, and analytics.
  • Certified HubSpot Professional with expertise in managing HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, preferable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign analytics.
